Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions for Online Pre-recorded classes.

(e.g. Beginner’s Series or Online Pilates Membership)

It is important that any participant taking part in online pre-recorded classes, read and understand the following Disclaimer and terms relating to their practice.

You should only participate in the online classes once you have read and agree to these terms. In these terms, you, the customer, are referred to as ‘the participant’.

The participant understands that they have fully read and understood what is included in their online purchase. Payment should be made prior to attending sessions, and participants are advised that no refunds will be given once purchase has been completed.

By choosing to participate in online recorded Pilates sessions with Sarah Edwards, Pilates Instructor, (accessed via www.positivepilatessolihull.co.uk, and under the brand Positive Pilates with Sarah) the participant accepts that they undertake and engage in the session without supervision, at their own risk. Participants are encouraged to exercise common sense and always seek the guidance of a medical professional before undertaking any form of online sport and physical activity. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities that may affect their ability to participate in the online sport and physical activity session, should seek medical advice and obtain written confirmation of their suitability to take part, before participating.

The participant should consider their personal space when doing Pilates. Ensure that you are practising in a safe environment, where there are no trip hazards around you, (including dogs, cats, children etc.) and that you are only using equipment appropriate to the session.
