Positive movement experiences just for you

With One-to-One Pilates sessions you receive a personalised Positive Pilates movement experience to help move you through stress, anxiety, and pain with empathy and emotional intelligence.

What to expect

Each individual session is personalised for you. I work out of my purpose-built garden studio in Solihull, a non-judgemental and safe space in which I can support you to achieve your goals.

As a Comprehensive Pilates instructor, I use critical reasoning to assess how to improve your movement and mindset.

Your first session will allow for a movement screening and discussion around your current situation, your overall goals, and any specific objectives you may have. Each session is then designed to give you a positive movement experience, without pain.

Pilates equipment, such as the Reformer, Spine corrector, and Wunda Chair, are used in combination and will support or challenge you as appropriate.

One-to-one sessions are currently £50.00 (55 minutes). Contact me below to start your journey to self-improvement.
