Understanding that any new practice can be overwhelming, you will be guided by Sarah with her curated and progressive movement classes (each approximately 30 minutes long). Sarah builds on foundational movement principles that will help you move with confidence whilst giving you both a sense of ease and accomplishment.

Alongside the classes, is Sarah's curated 'Pilates Glossary'. This ultimate starter guide, with an outline of key terminology, will help you feel comfortable from Day 1.
